Questions from the crew

Questions? We've got answers.

What is CrewCierge?
CrewCierge is an all-in-one layover companion built by a flight attendant, for flight attendants. In one place you get layover info, live weather, airport guides, a crew rest calculator, a receipt tracker, and city tips from the FAs who actually fly there — everything you need to make each layover easier. Because no one knows what crew need better than crew.
Who can use CrewCierge?
CrewCierge is for verified flight attendants only. You verify your crew status once using your work email — after that, you log in with any personal email you like. We only keep a "verified" flag on your account; we never store your employee number, badge, or work credentials.
Is there a Crew Rest Calculator?
Yes. CrewCierge includes a Crew Rest Calculator for scheduling in-flight crew rest on long-haul international flights — share the breakdown with your crew in a tap.
What airlines does CrewCierge support?
CrewCierge is built for flight attendants across all airlines. We're rolling out base by base — join the early access list and we'll notify you when yours goes live.
Can I add my own spots and reviews?
Yes — that's the whole point. Drop pins, write reviews, upload photos. The more crew contribute, the better it gets for everyone who lands there next.
Does it work for international layovers?
Yes. Our city data covers domestic and international layover destinations including Europe, South America, Asia, Central America, and the Caribbean.
What is the Crew Tax Tracker?
The Crew Tax Tracker lets you scan receipts, auto-categorize your crew expenses, and export a year-end report in Excel, PDF, or CSV. Track everything throughout the year so nothing's missing at tax time — and we're building a connection to a tax pro who specializes in flight attendant returns, so you can file with confidence.
What can flight attendants deduct on taxes?
Certain expenses may be deductible depending on your state and situation — things like uniforms, dry cleaning, layover meals, luggage, union dues, and job-related training. The key is keeping good records, so CrewCierge lets you track them all throughout the year, then connects you with a tax pro who can tell you exactly what applies to you.
What is the Trip Board?
The Trip Board is a community message board — like the Facebook groups FAs already use to find trades — but built into CrewCierge. Post what you have, post what you want, connect with another FA, then complete the actual trade through CCS the way you normally would. CrewCierge is just where you find each other.
How do my trips get added?
Just screenshot your schedule and CrewCierge fills in your trips automatically — no manual entry. Your layover cities and dates are pulled in, so your city guides, weather, and rest times are ready before you even leave.
