Employee Parking
Employee parking varies by base. At IAH, check your base parking portal through Flying Together for permit registration, shuttle pickup locations, and rates. Out-of-base parking reimbursement follows contract provisions — keep your receipts.

The app and platform for booking discounted interline travel on other airlines using your employee ID privileges. Book hotel interline rates, cruises, and standby flights on partner carriers — all at heavily discounted crew rates.

United is a founding Star Alliance member. Use your employee benefits to list for standby travel on Lufthansa, ANA, Air Canada, Singapore Airlines, and 24 other carriers. Agreements vary — always check current interline agreements before listing.

Jump Seat Commuting
If you commute to your base, understanding jump seat agreements is essential. List through Flying Together for United jump seats. For other carriers, use the ACE (Airline Clear Exchange) app or check your specific interline jump seat agreement list.

Known Crewmember lets you bypass standard TSA screening at participating airports when commuting or traveling on your own time. Use your employee ID and airline credential at KCM lanes. Not available at all airports — check before you go.

The Association of Flight Attendants represents you. Your Local Executive Council (LEC) is your first point of contact for contract questions, scheduling disputes, workplace issues, and grievances. Know your LEC president and how to reach your union rep.
