How to use
Directions for the crew.
Share these steps with your crew before service ends. Takes 2 minutes, eliminates confusion at 3am over the Pacific.
1
Get landing time from the captain
Ask the flight deck for estimated block-in at destination. Use local destination time. Select the correct timezone in the calculator first.
2
Enter crew start time or leave blank
Leave blank to default to right now in destination time. If crew start is staggered, enter the first rest window start time manually.
3
Set the gap and final service
Default gap between rest periods is 10 minutes. Final service defaults to 90 minutes before landing. Adjust if your operation needs different windows.
4
Share with the crew
Hit "Copy for crew" and paste into your crew group chat, or hit "Print" for a paper copy. Everyone sees exactly when their rest starts and ends.
